Agricultural Engineering College and Research Institute offers Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) course at the UG level, under 2 specializations. Candidates seeking admission to B.Tech should have completed 10+2 with 55% marks, having taken Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology / Computer Science as the subjects. Admission to the B.Tech courses will be done on the basis of merit i.e. performance in the 10+2 qualifying examination.

Applications for admission to the B.Tech courses are accepted from the native Tamil Nadu candidates or candidates who have completed their 10th, 11th and 12th standard from Tamil Nadu. Marks out of 50 in Mathematics.
Marks out of 50 in Physics.
Marks out of 50 in Chemistry.
Date of birth – eldest first.

Application fee is INR 300 for SC, ST and SCA candidates and INR 600 for all other candidates.

Download and take a print out of the Joint Declaration Form and Appendices / Checklist.
Attested copy of the Joint Declaration Form, along with other documents and originals should be produced at the time of verification and counseling.
