Eligibility Criteria

Aspirants seeking admission into this course should have passed Graduation in the relevant stream from a recognised university.

Only female Candidates are eligible for admission to the M.Com courses.
Candidates must have good knowledge of the English language.
A student seeking admission to the M.Com course must have B.Com (Hons.) from Jadavpur University or any other University recognized by Jadavpur University and must have at least 55% at the Bachelor’s level.

I have friends from both J.D Birla and Shri Shikshayatan College. According to their experience, I will that you should choose one of these institutes based on the course you want to pursue. Shri Shikshayatan College is a good option if you want to pursue any Commerce degree. The faculty base for Commerce is quite good. On the other hand, J.D. Birla is well-known for its home-science honours course.
