Important Updates for VIVAC

Vivekananda College admission 2023 will be conducted through Delhi University’s Common Seat Allocation Portal (CSAS) based on CUET scores. The last date to submit the CUET UG 2023 application form is March 30. CUET UG 2023 exam will be conducted from May 21 to May 31, 2023. Also, CUET PG 2023 applications are open now and the last date to apply is April 19. CUET PG 2023 exam will be held from June 1 to June 10, 2023..

Vivekananda College is a Public Women’s College offering admission in fields of Arts, Science, Commerce, and Social Sciences located in a sprawling 10-acre lush green campus in New Delhi. Vivekananda College Admission Process 2023

Vivekananda college admission process is completely online. Candidates seeking admission are required to apply online on the official website. Admission to UG courses is done on the basis of CUET scores followed by e-counselling. Candidates need to pass their 10th and 12th class with 40 percent marks in total to be eligible for UG courses provided. The program-specific eligibilities vary from course to course.

The marks obtained by the candidate in CUET will be considered for computing the total marks according to the Program-Specific combinations of subjects for deciding merit and granting admissions in the undergraduate programs. 

 PG admissions are done through CUET PG. There total 75 programs for PG courses which is been provided by Delhi University. As per the DU admission policy, 50% of seats will be reserved for DU students, while admission to the 50% seats will be provided through CUET PG. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree are eligible to apply for PG courses through the CUET PG entrance exam.

Vivekananda College Application Process

Candidates who wish to enroll for the UG courses are required to apply for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) whereas candidates who wish to apply for the PG course are required to apply for the CUET PG. 

CUET application process

Candidates applying for UG courses in Vivekananda College can follow the following steps in order to register for the CUET: 

  • Candidates must visit the official CUET website that is: @cuet.samarth.ac.in. 
  • Upon opening the website candidates will find the ‘Register’ tab, they must click on it. 
  • After reading and understanding the information provided, candidates must hit the ‘Proceed’ button. 
  • After this, candidates will be directed to the application form. Candidates must fill in the required details carefully. 
  • After filling the necessary details candidates will have to upload important documents such as signature, photograph, marksheet, etc. Candidates must upload all the required documents. 
  • Candidates need to pay the application fee at the time of submitting the form or else the Online Application Form will not be considered.
  • After submitting the fee, candidates print out the form and save a hard copy for future references.
  • Candidates can login to their portals for any new updates, college cutoffs and so forth.

Candidates who wish to enroll for the Vivekananda College PG application process in college can follow the steps mentioned below to apply for the CUET PG examinations: 

  • Candidates must register at PG admission portal with their email address and fill the registration form 
  • Once the form is submitted candidates will receive a confirmation email with a verification link. Candidates must click on the link in order to verify themselves
  • Candidates will then be required to upload all the necessary documents such as signature, photograph, etc
  • Candidates must then fill the application form and select the programme that they want to apply for
  • After filling the application form candidates are supposed to pay the application fee

  • Library: The library of Vivekananda College is a well stocked library with a collection of 61,000 books and subscription to 42 journals including newspapers. The library is fully computerized and works on an open access system with the catalogue available on computer. The library also has access to Delhi University databases and e resources. The library also has the facility of a book bank scheme for students belonging to economically weaker backgrounds. 
  • Auditorium: Vivekanada college also has the facility of an auditorium with a seating capacity of 800 persons. This auditorium has become a hub for cultural activities in the trans Yamuna nagar area. There is also a facility of another auditorium with a seating capacity of 150 persons. 
  • Open Air Stage: The college also provides the facility of open air stage to the students. On this stage the students perform various performances. This stage is constructed out of waste material and debris of construction material.
