The Vivekananda College offers 5 undergraduate courses to the students in the fields of Arts, Science and Commerce. These courses are B.A., and B.A.(H), B.Com. and B.Com.(H), and B.Sc.(H). Vivekananda College UG Selection Process

Candidates seeking admission to the UG courses at Vivekananda College must clear the Common University Entrance Test (CUET). The final selection will be done through e-counselling conducted by Delhi University on the basis of CUET scores. CUET is divided into the following three sections:

• Section 1 Languages: this further contains two sections, ‘A’ and ‘B’. Section ‘A’ contains 13 languages such as Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, etc. Section ‘B’ contains 20 languages such as French, Spanish, German, Nepali, Persian, etc. For admission candidates must at least appear in one language. 
• Section 2 Domain Specific: There are 27 domain specific subjects in this section. Candidates are required to refer to the program specific eligibility criteria in order to select domain specific subjects. 
• Section 3 General Test: General test for any UG programme offered by the university where the general test is being used for admission. Candidates must refer to the program specific eligibility criteria for selecting general tests.

Vivekananda College PG Eligibility Criteria

The candidate must have completed a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in the relevant specialisation from a recognized university. 

Vivekananda College PG Selection Process

• Admission is granted on the basis of Merit and valid CUET PG scores.
• As per DU guideline students who have completed their Graduation from any of the DU affiliated colleges and are seeking for PG admission in the relevant field can opt for merit based admission.
• Candidates Graduating from different Universities or with a Bachelor’s Degree in different subjects must qualify the CUET PG. 

Besides UG and PG courses, the college also offers certification courses in two specialisations: Patrakarita and Sanskrit. As per the eligibility criteria, candidates must pass the 10+2 level board examination.

The selection to the certificate course is done on the basis of merit secured in the 10+2 level examination. 

Delhi University has introduced the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) for admission to UG courses for all its affiliated colleges. The entire process is explained below:

Phase 1: CSAS Application Form

• Aspirants are required to fill the CSAS application form on the centralized admission portal by paying a one-time non-refundable application fee.
• ECA and sports quota candidates will have to pay an additional fee.

Phase 2: Selection of Courses and College Preferences

• Second phase will start after the results of the CUET examination are declared.
• After the CUET Result declaration, eligible candidates will have to select the courses and fill the preference of desired colleges on the centralised CSAS portal.

Phase 3: Seat Allocation and Final Admission

• Merit list will be declared on the basis of CUET scores.
• Multiple rounds of seat allotment will be conducted. 
• Candidates will have to check if they have been allotted a seat on the CSAS dashboard. If allotted, candidates must accept their seat on or before the given date for that particular round.
• Seat allocation will be based on multiple factors such as - combination of college and program chosen, position of the candidate on the merit list, category (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/UR) of the candidate, and availability of seats.
• Upon acceptance of seat, the university will check eligibility, verify documents, and confirm admission after receiving the payment of fee.
