Regional Institute of Education (RIE), Bhopal is one of the constituent units of NCERT. RIEs were set up in 1963 by Government of India in four regions covering various states. RIE, Bhopal offers M.Ed., B.Ed., and four-year integrated BA-B.Ed and B.Sc-B.Ed degree programs at undergraduate and postgraduate level. The institute also offers Diploma Course in Guidance and Counselling (DGC).

Candidates have to apply online through the official website of the RIE Bhopal.
Candidate applying for BA-B.Ed & B.Sc-B.Ed courses should have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognized board with 50% marks in aggregate.
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks to secure admission in M.Ed course.
Selection to all the program is done on the basis of the marks secured in Common Entrance Examination (CEE) conducted by NCERT.
All students applying for RIE, Bhopal must be from the state of Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli.

RIE Bhopal BA-B.Ed & B.Sc-B.Ed Admission 2023

RIE Bhopal offers BA-B.Ed. and B.Sc-B.Ed. integrated degree courses at undergraduate level. The mnimum eligibility criteria is 10+2 from a recognized board with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST).

Admission to both the courses will be based on Regional Institute of Education Common Entrance Exam conducted by the NCERT. The merit list will be prepared for all categories based on applicants’ marks in RIECEE by RIE Bhopal. Applicants who clear the cut-off score will be called for the counselling process.

RIE Bhopal B.Ed & M.Ed Admission 2023

RIE Bhopal offers B.Ed. and M.Ed. degree courses at postgraduate level. Candidates who wish to pursue B.Ed. should have passed B.A./B.Sc. with at least 50% marks in aggregate. Candidates applying for B.Ed. program with a B.Sc. degree should have studied at least two of the following subjects at graduation level: Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology and Mathematics. Candidates applying for B.Ed. program with B.A. degree should have studied one of the following subjects (one in literature and other in Social Science) at the graduation level: Hindi, English, Gujarati, Marathi and Urdu And History, Economics, Geography, Political Science.

For M.Ed. program, candidates must have passed B.Ed. degree course with at least 55% marks in both theory and practical separately, or in the education part of four years B.A.B.Ed./B.Sc.B.Ed. dual degree course.

Admission to both the courses will be based on Regional Institute of Education Common Entrance Exam conducted by NCERT. The merit list will be prepared for all categories based on applicants’ marks in RIECEE by RIE Bhopal. RIE Bhopal Application Process 2023

Candidates who wish to take admission in RIE Bhopal will have to apply online for Regional Institute of Education Common Entrance Examination (RIECEE) conducted by the NCERT. RIE Ajmer will conduct RIECEE on behalf of NCERT.

Fill the application form by visiting the official website of RIE Ajmer.
Candidates can pay the application fee either in online mode (via Debit/Credit card/net-banking) or offline mode (via SBI challan).
After RIECEE application form is duly filled and the payment is done, the candidates will have to take a printout of it and send it to the address mentioned on the form.

Note: A candidate can apply for more than one course in a single application form.
