If you want to choose a college, analyze factors like academics, faculty, exposure, placements, location, infrastructure, facilities provided and other opportunities.

Among Dyal Singh College (DSC) (morning) and Rajdhani College (morning), students usually prefer DSC rather than Rajdhani. This is due to the following reasons:
The science group in DSC is considered to be one of the best. They provide proper training and exposure which will ultimately help your career.
One of my friends studied at Rajdhani College. According to him, it is quite as similar as other DU colleges. It is located near Rajouri Garden Metro Station which makes the connectivity easy.
Placements at Rajdhani College might not be up to the mark, but they will provide proper guidance. If you work hard to score good marks, you can opt for off-campus placements also and secure a job.

They are highly knowledgeable and determined to their goals. They are hardworking and dedicated individuals who are also driven. Being a college under DU, their students are also highly competitive which creates a disciplined environment.
Like every other college they also have a mix of good and bad students, but due to the presence of the good students the others are encouraged to do good as well.
Among Rajdhani College and the College of Vocational Studies (CVS), it is suggested you go for the latter instead of the former. CVS is said to be one of the best colleges under DU.
Here are some facts about it:
CVS is definitely a better choice. It offers the best facilities, they also have a proper administration who always caters to the needs of the students.
