• The candidates who want to take admission in this college have to submit application form in the prescribed format to the college
• The form is available on the official website of the college (https://www.bmscw.edu.in/)
• The candidates have to fill all the required details carefully on the application form. Incomplete forms will not be accepted by the college.
• The form must be submitted on or before the specified date. The college will not accept applications after the specified date
• The candidates will be selected as per the rules of Government.
• The list consisting of selected candidates will be published on the notice board of College
• The students have to provide the required details in the University portal after the provisional admission.
• They should also submit the same details to the office of college within due time.
• The students have to pay the admission fees through challan / Demand Draft / Online

• One photo of stamp size and two recent photos of passport size

• Details of Bank Account
• Adhar Card
• Students who are from universities out of Karnataka state have to submit migration certificate.
• Original along with one attested copy of caste certificate and income certificate for the recent academic year in case of SC/ST/OBC and others claiming exemption of different fees according to the rules of Govt. based on caste or parental income
