The Russian program extends outside the classroom, a weekly tea hour allows students from all levels of Russian to meet, play games, and practice informal Russian conversation. There’s also the Russian Club, which holds a variety of different engagement activities of interest. Students are encouraged to participate in study abroad opportunities.
All liberal arts majors prepare students with the skills identified as contributing to managerial success: communicating and listening well, possessing insights into others, creative/critical thinking, problem solving, and the ability to make connections across complex ideas.
