Vanguard College Admission Deadlines
- New applications are accepted all over the year and students can apply for the same through online application. There is no certain admission deadlines.
- Applicants need to make sure that they provide all the required documents such as English proficiency test scores, certificates, etc, and complete information about themselves without errors in Part A of the international application process, or else the applicant will be denied to proceed to the Part B of the application process.
- Part B is due on June 1st for September intake for the International Application. Once the date is past the deadline, Vanguard College will not accept any applications anymore.

How to Apply: Part A of the application process is as follows:
- Complete personal information such as citizenship and visa.
- Application Fee payment of 100 CAD
- English proficiency test score of IELTS OR TOEFL (document to be sent in Part B)

Part B of the international application consists of the following process:
- Application Fee payment to be done of 150 CAD.
- Form A: An academic reference from any teacher or Dean.

English Language Proficiency Test Scores
All international students must complete and procure an English proficiency language scorecard on completing a Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or International English Language Testing System (IELTS).

Vanguard College Online Program Admissions

Ques. How should the students get the Pasto reference letter?
A: The Pastor’s Reference must be obtained from the Pastor at the student’s current home, who must provide a proper reference regarding the student’s spirituality and other character abilities. An email will be sent to the respective pastor when the student completes the application form.
Ques. How must the Police check be done?
A: All students (both Online & On-Campus) must complete a Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening. Information about how to complete a police check will be emailed to you by Vanguard College. On-campus students who must not complete the check before May 1st, ie, September intake will receive an email after May 1st.
