This degree is intended to help individuals work with adult learners in a wide variety of school and non-school settings. It is intended for holders of a non-education baccalaureate degree who do not wish to meet teacher certification requirements in the State of Florida. This Adult Education major is a Plan III, non-certification option. A concentration in Human Resource Development (HRD) is available to currently enrolled students in the Master of Arts Adult Education degree. The HRD concentration specializes in Business and Industry learning and organizational development.
