Visa Process for International Students
- USFSM will issue an I-20 or DS-2019 document only after receiving the evidence of available funds for a full academic year (tuition, fees, living expenses).
- Enter respective USF NetID and password to begin the process in the Glo-Bull iStart system which is designed to guide international students through the steps of obtaining I-20 or DS-2019.
- The I-20/DS-2019 issuance for obtaining a student visa needs to be completed at least 30 days prior to the beginning of the semester for new international students.
- International students will not have access to this system until they have been officially admitted to the university.
