Students may pursue either a full-time, part-time, or online course of study in the UD MBA program.
In some cases, UD MBA students with an undergraduate degree in business administration may waive some of the core classes and thereby complete the program with fewer than the 44 credits required of students with no prior academic background in business administration.

Graduation	Applicants must hold a four-year U.S. bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in any academic field from a recognised college or university is required. Applicants who hold a 3 year degree from a non-U.S. institution can apply for a review to determine its equivalency. Applicants require a background of Strong analytical and quantitative skills through their prior academic work and/or recent professional experiences.
Work Experience	Applicants require a minimum of Five years of professional work experience. However, all applicants are considered even if they have limited work experience.

International students need to have an F-1 or J-1 visa in order to study in the U.S. OISS is responsible for producing the documents needed by the student to apply for the F-1 or J-1 visa. F-1 students receive an I-20 and J-1 students receive a DS-2019. The wait and processing time for a student visa will vary widely from country to country and consulate to consulate. Generally, it is recommended that students receive their documents at least 2 months before the start of their program.
Most students will obtain an F-1 visa; however, some students may join UD as part of an exchange program, or they may be fully funded by their governments. These situations usually require a J-1 visa.

Work Study

Work-study programs furnish federal or state funding to subsidize wages, providing on- and near-campus employment opportunities to undergraduate students with financial needs. The University of Delaware employs Handshake to post on-campus jobs and those with campus partners. Students use Handshake to create user profiles to review and apply to job postings.
Awarded students receive work-study in their financial aid package, but other students may be eligible.
