Pfeiffer University Campus

Pfeiffer University has three campuses within the state of North Carolina, USA. The oldest and the main campus is at Misenheimer. The other campuses are at Charlotte and Morrisville. The one at Morrisville is officially known as Raleigh-Durham Campus.

Misenheimer Campus

  • Located near Mountain Morrow State Park and Uwharrie National Forest.

Housing and Residential Facilities at Pfeiffer University

All students are required to live within the campus for at least 6 semesters. Upon completion of six months at the university, students can choose to stay off-campus at affordable student housing options nearby the university campus. The university has 9 residential halls which are adequate space to accommodate all the students studying in the university. The university residence halls accommodate around 500 men and women. A few of the university Residence Halls include:

  • Rowe Hall – The biggest residential hall with 71 rooms accommodating about 128 freshmen students
  • New Hall – This hall has apartment-like features which include private bedrooms and bathrooms
  • Plyler Hall – The only pet-friendly hall. One can bring in pets after completing appropriate formalities

All students are supposed to take up meal-plans as part of the University policy. All of these plans also include a personal flexible spending dollars that may be used in either the Knapp Sack or Stokes Dining Hall.

The university follows a rolling admission process, that is, students can apply for admission at any time of the year. However, the university recommends that students complete their applications for admissions at Pfeiffer University by May 1 in order to ensure sufficient availability of seats.
