Academic Requirements:

• Applicants must have completed bachelors degree from an accredited university
• Submit official transcripts of all previous education completed
• Official transcripts must be evaluated by an accredited agency like WES, AACRAO
• Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent
• Applicant must have completed the following prerequisite courses: 15 semester hours of biological sciences, 15 hours of chemical/physical sciences, one college level statistics course, one college level public health, social justice or ethnic studies course
• Submit three letters of recommendation out of which one should be from a direct supervisor
• Applicant should have a minimum of 500 hours of direct pateint contact hours
• Submit a short essay in English on the topic how graduate degree is important for your professional and academic goals
• Submit English Language Proficiency test scores

English Language Requirements:

• TOEFL: minimum 80 in ibt;
• IELTS: minimum 6.0
