Alternative Dispute Resolution complements any major and is available as an interdisciplinary minor, allowing students to work with various departments across campus. In addition to fulfilling necessary academic requirements for the ADR minor, they can also earn one or more of the following certificates:

- Family Mediation Certificate
Earning a certificate will help distinguish the student from other job seekers. the student will learn ADR skills by participating in various exercises and real-world simulations. Through the mediation practicum, the student can observe practicing professional mediators assist parties to resolve real disputes. Students may also gain experience working with local mediation service providers or other conflict management agencies.
