The B.S. in Environmental Studies program offers a broad core of courses in biology and ecology, supplemented with courses in the Earth sciences, chemistry, physics and mathematics. Each student has the opportunity to select from five concentrations and a wide range of electives in order to be well prepared for future work or advanced study.?Almost all courses include a laboratory portion where students study the practical application of the science, learn about the appropriate scientific technology and instruments, and study the biology and management of various organisms.? Degree concentrations offer you the flexibility to focus on specific content areas in the environmental sector, leading to a variety of post-baccalaureate opportunities.
