The University of California—Berkeley: Application Process
How to Apply for Housing:
- The Housing Application platform handles all campus housing applications.
- After the admission offer is accepted, use CalNet ID to apply for housing.
- Students can sign a contract for the entire academic year or just for the spring semester.
- Contracts are distributed via email, so make sure Cal Central profile has current email address.
- A separate application is required to apply for summer housing.
- During Winter Break, the majority of residence halls close.
