• BS in Pharmaceutical Sciences program prepares students for technical positions in the discovery, development, and manufacturing/production areas of the pharmaceutical industry.
  • This program is an excellent preparation for graduate studies in pharmaceutical, medical, and basic sciences; pharmaceutical engineering or professional education in pharmacy, medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, business, and law.
  • Graduates will attain basic chemistry, mathematics, biological and biochemical sciences training in UM units other than the college of pharmacy, while college of pharmacy courses will be taught by a multidisciplinary College of Pharmacy faculty.
  • Students will start BS in pharmaceutical sciences degree program after completion of at least 30 credit hours of coursework consistent with the pre-pharmaceutical sciences curriculum.
