Anderson University offers both undergraduate and graduate programs. All the study areas are divided into seven schools that specialize in the sciences, business, communication, social science, and the arts.
Undergraduate programs offered by the university are bachelor of arts, bachelor of science, bachelor of science in nursing, bachelors of music, associates of arts, associates of science. Graduate programs offered by the university include Master of Business Administration, Doctor of Business Administration, Master of Divinity, Master of Theological Studies, Master of Arts in Christian Ministry, Master of Music Education.

Anderson University provides on-campus accommodation facilities in the form of residence halls for the students. There are residence halls and apartments to provide students with quality on-campus residence experience. There are five residence halls which include:
- Dunn Hall housing around 190 men in an option of two-person rooms, single rooms, or larger three-to-four person rooms.
- Smith Hall housing approximately 205 men in traditional two-person rooms.
- Martin Hall housing approximately 183 women in traditional two-person rooms, single rooms.
- Morrison Hall housing about 183 women in traditional two-person rooms.
- Miners Hall housing approximately 111 women in suite-style housing.
Apart from this, there are three campus apartments, namely fair common, south campus, tara east. Some of the common facilities provided there include beds, chairs, dresser, closet, free internet access in all rooms, free wifi on campus, lobby lounge areas with restrooms, laundry facilities in each building, air-conditioned rooms.
