DY Patil International University or DYPIU became operational in 2018 and is one of the best State Private Universities located in Pune.

The University hosts an array of Undergraduate and Postgraduate degree courses along with numerous short term diploma and Ph.D. programmes. Along with regular academics, DYPIU offers skill development certificate courses.

Admission to UG, PG programs are done through Central counselling by DTE Maharashtra. Candidates have to submit the entrance test scores of the relevant course they are opting for and submit those scores during the counseling. Upon selected, they need to visit the institute and submit the documents for verification and complete the admission process.

DY Patil INternational University offers admission into various UG programs such as B Tech, BBA, B Sc, BA JMC, B Design, BA and B.Sc. Admission for all the programs will be done on the basis of merit of the qualifying exam and entrance test score. Selection will be done based on central counselling conducted by DTE Maharashtra.

DY Patil International University also offers postgraduate programs in MBA in Agribusiness and, M.Tech & PG Diploma courses in Computer Science Engineering. The minimum eligibility for the program is a Graduate degree and selection will doine on the basis of submitted score and overall academic performance.

Candidates will have to participate in the central counselling process to get a seat in their desired program.

DYPIU Ph.D Admission 2023

Ph.D aspirants can also take admission in DYPIU in various streams. Streams in the areas of Engineering and Technology, Biosciences and Liberal Arts. Some of the focus areas of research are Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Space Technology (Small Satellites and Drones), Healthcare, Agriculture, Disability, Women and Child Development.

Admission to the program is done through a test conducted by the institute followed by an interview. The selection is judged by the University Selection Committee. Candidates must have a valid score card or qualified CSIR JRF/ICMR JRF/DBT JRF/ICAR JRF.

During the interview, candidates will be asked to discuss their research interests.

Enter Name , Email ID, new password, city, Phone number, state and captcha.
Upon Clicking on submit, a verification link will be emailed to the registered email ID Click on the link and verify the email ID.
Again re login with the email id and password.
Fill the personal, academic work related details as inquired. Enter the correct program you desire to apply
Upload the recently scanned passport sized photograph with signature,.
Pay the application fee online.
After reviewing the application form, submit it and retain the hard copy of the application form along with the acknowledgement slip.

Steps for apply offline

Download the application form from the official website
Fill in the form with personal and academic details
Enter the offline application fee payment details of INR 1000/-
Attach the photocopies of the following documents with the application form:
- Mark sheet and pass certificate of 10th, 12th, Graduation as applicable.
- CLC, Nationality Certificate, Domicile Certificate, Aadhaar Certificate
- Passport sized photograph (3)
Submit the application after paying a non-refundable application fee of INR 1000/-
Take printout of the form for future reference

Once the cut offs are released, visit the campus for admission process and selection of desired course. After paying the admission fee, a candidate will be called for document verification at the Registrar’s office in the campus for final allotment

DYPIU offers scholarships to eligible students of the B.Tech programme based on marks in 10+2 and score in the qualifying exam.
