Rayalaseema University is popular for its UG curriculum along this university provides few UG courses too. For the research based programs, the university offers PhD & M.Phil programs in a handful of specialisations. All the curriculums are imparted under some streams, Science, Arts, Management, Commerce, Computer Application and Education.

Rayalaseema University was established in 2008, located in Kurnool. The college conducts entrance examinations for admission to some courses, the entrance examination is RUPGCET. NIRF 2020 ranks Rayalaseema University 151 out of 200 colleges in overall categories.

At the UG level, B.A, B.Com and BBM courses are offered. B.Com is provided in both General & Hons. courses. All the UG programs are provided for three years, in full time mode and campus based. The university offers various courses at PG level in several specialisations. Courses like M.Sc, MBA, M.A, M.Com, MCA and M.Ed. to be eligible for these courses, students must pass graduation in relevant subjects from a recognized university with a minimum number of percentages. For admission to a PG program, students must secure valid marks in RUPGCET.

There are PhD & MPhil courses that are provided by the university at research level. For these courses, the eligibility criteria are to have a master's degree with a minimum percentage. Selection will be done on the basis of merit in the last qualified examination.
