University of Agriculture and Horticulture Sciences (UAHS), is an integrated university located in the state of Karnataka. It is recognized as one of Farm Universities of Karnataka that came into existence in 2013. The university has six affiliated colleges that offer courses in agriculture and horticulture sciences.
University of Agriculture and Horticulture Sciences offers course of B.Sc. in Agriculture, Horticulture and Forestry, M.Sc. in a number of specializations, Ph.D. in Agriculture and Diploma in Agriculture. There is a provision of lateral entry admission for diploma holders into B.Sc. degree programs offered by the University.

- Those who wish to take admission in one of the affiliated colleges of University in any undergraduate degree course must appear in CET conducted by KEA.
- Admissions to postgraduate and Ph.D. courses are carried through common entrance test conducted by Farm Universities of Karnataka.
- Diploma course admissions are done on the basis of merit of SSLC marks.
- Lateral Entry admissions for diploma holder are done on the basis of entrance test.
- Candidates applying under agriculture quota must apply separately for practical test.
