Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the course to focus on the field of history as per my interest. The faculty is good but need for better faculty as there faculty a lack when it comes to English medium students. The qualifications of the faculty are outstanding. Exams happened kind of soon like in the gap of a few months only but it wasn't so difficult to pass.

Remarks:

Eligibility of the course was 12th passed with min 45% in boards. Application forms can be found at its official website, university of lucknow.org. I was satisfied with the admission process so I don't think if there's any kind of improvement is needed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose psychology as my major 1 since I want to become a clinical psychologist, there is a sufficient amount of teaching faculty in that department, and the quality of faculty and teaching method is quite average, at the end of the day, you have to study on your own. The term exams are held early since the admission procedure was late due to the pandemic. The exams are not that difficult to pass, but the marking is a bit strict.

Remarks:

The entrance exam was of MCQ pattern, the number of questions that you had to attempt depended on the course you wanted to apply for, after you had taken the exam, a list of the student rank was uploaded on the University website, after that you could see the subjects you want to opt for and the website will show whether or not you have got your subject or not (it depends on the number of seats available) if you have not got your favorable subject you can also give your name for upgradation, the application form, fees, and dates are all available on the website itself, the things I want to see for improvement is that the website has some glitches and there is no other way to get information, hence it can be improved.

Placement Experience:

After completing graduation with a good and clear marksheet students are eligible for placements. There is alot of companies which can hire students like Microsoft, Java etc. Those students who have good scores on their marksheet like about 90% will get placements. After completing graduation I planned to take brake in my studies Just to prepare for Gov. Jobs.

Remarks:

I took an entrance exam to get admission to it also you can go through based on your merit. Application Process: after clearing the entrance exam of Lucknow University you have to wait for some days for document submission and after that, you will be called by the first letter of your name for counselling. After some days your classes will be running on their time but you have to be aware of your first semester classes if you are not aware of classes and activities you will surely miss them. You can find the application form on the website of Lucknow University, also can print it out after filling it. there is nothing special in the form, just like the normal form which any average even poor students can fill out. There are also criteria for reservation. You have to show documents as proof. I want to improve only the awareness system of the University except this everything is fine.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose it because I wanted to pursue a research and development career. The faculty is good and supportive, but like other colleges and universities, one needs to self-study to really understand all lectures and seek knowledge. Faculties are qualified from reputed colleges like IITS.

Remarks:

Just pass an entrance test, get ranked, and based on the cutoff you will be able to join. All details are available on Lucknow University's official website. No improvement all is good. Yes, there is a reservation quota, however, I didn't avail of it.

Placement Experience:

The placement team is overall good. Most of the students got placed in top companies. The highest package is 14 lpa, the average package is 6 lpa and the lowest package is 2.4 lpa. 80 percent of students got placement.

Remarks:

My batch is 2020-24. So at the time aktu conducted/the UPSEE/ exam through which I entered this college. But now the university conducts its own exam and we can get the entrance examination link in the Sarkari result portal during the time of admission and even if some seats remain then there may be also a chance of direct admission.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose my course because of my interest and also the features of course provided by in university. My faculties are very good in every field like the way of study, marks, and faculty members. The qualifications of every teacher are good. Many teachers have completed their Ph.D. and some are scholars of Ph.D. The teaching methods of professors in my faculty are so good, they also teach us smart classes.

Remarks:

The process of admission to the University of Lucknow is very nice, the entrance exam of the university is confidential and the results were highly appreciated. There are many courses in different fields for students. The official site of the University of Lucknow is running properly every time for everyone about all the information of university. The fees of university is good and adorable for every student and students who are not able to pay their fees due to income problem can apply for zero fees or scholarship. The reservation benefits are also good. There are many awareness programs for students organized by the university. Yes, I want improvement in the admission process to the university and the process of admission to a university should be quick.

Placement Experience:

Placement is good in college. The top companies visited in college like TCS, tech Mahindra and much more famous companies. The highest package is 14 lakh and the average package is 2.5 lakh per annum. About 40-5p per cent of students get placed in the company. My plan is after getting a degree is to obtain a master's degree.

Remarks:

Eligibility is 12th pass above 60 per cent You find the application form on the official website of Lucknow University. Applications come in the months of April and May. Yes SC ST students get reservation benefits. There is some seat reserved for SC and ST category candidates. No improvement everything is OK in the admission process.

Whether you should choose Lucknow University or National Postgraduate College, depends on your priorities.

If you only want to focus on your studies then you can opt for National PG College. But if you want to do your studies as well as a part-time job or want to pursue some professional courses like C.A, C.S, then you should go for Lucknow University.

At National PG college you will need to have at least 75% attendance. Whereas, LU doesn’t have such attendance rule. You can easily give your papers.

Some of the advantages of joining National PG college are that it is disciplined, the faculties are great, and they follow their own syllabus. While LU offers a huge campus, it also offers more subject combinations for its courses.

Both institutes have their advantages and disadvantages, so choose according to your convenience.

There is no specific exam pattern you will get to see for the entrance exam at Lucknow University. The exam pattern keeps changing year by year. Here is a rough pattern that LU follows.

  • GK: 20 questions.
  • Reasoning: 20 questions.
  • 10+2(Intermediate): 50 questions.
  • Hindi and English literature (5+5): 10 questions.

This pattern is also followed for the entrance of National PG College and IT College (Lucknow) as well.

Now as you want to prepare for the entrance exam then I will suggest you visit Amazon to purchase books for the LU entrance exam. If you are an average student but your basics are clear then you can easily crack this exam.
