MGSU offers admission to the full-time B.A General and B.A Honours courses in English, Hindi, Sanskrit, Rajasthani, Urdu, Punjabi, Music, Philosophy, Drawing & Painting and Fine Arts, Physical Education. For admission to the B.A program at MGSU, a candidate must have completed 10+2 with a minimum aggregate of 50% from a recognized board. The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of the merit list prepared by the institute. MGSU BA Application Process

Students looking for admission to the BA course offered by MGSU should follow the below-mentioned steps:

• Visit the official website of the University.
• Select the ‘Admission tab’, click on the “register for application” link.
• Fill the application form with valid details such as name, date of birth, email id, etc.
• After filling the form, upload a scanned photograph & signature along with required documents.
• Submit the application form.
• A printout of the duly filled application form must be sent along with the application fee receipt and relevant documents to VC Secretariat, Maharaja Ganga Singh University, N.H.-15, Jaisalmer Road, Bikaner PIN-334004 (Rajasthan).
• The documents should be sent by post or by hand from 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M to the provided address.

MGSU BA Selection Criteria

• The applicants are selected based on merit in the 10+2 examination.
• Once the application process is completed, MGSU will release a merit list of applicants based on merit in the qualifying examination(10+2 examination).
• Selected candidates will be called for document and fee submission to confirm the admission allotted.
