Course Description

Jai Narain Vyas University (JNVU) offers a full time Master of Arts (MA) program in 20 Specializations. The duration of the program is 2 years which is divided into 4 semesters. Minimum Eligibility for MA Course is to have a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 45% marks. The selection of Candidates for MA Course will be done on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination. JNVU MA Admission 2023 application forms are yet to be released by the university.

JNVU MA Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 45% marks in the aggregate with or without the subjects offered for PG Admission.

Candidates must have 55% marks in the relevant Subject in Graduation.

JNVU MA Admission Guidelines

Admission to MA Course will be given on the basis of Merit.

How to Apply?

Candidates may apply through online or offline mode. Candidates have to follow all the steps specified here.

Offline Mode:

A notification for release of the application forms will be officially released.
The link will be available from the official notice running on the ticker.
Fill the Application form and submit it along with required Documents.
The Application Fee can also be paid through Challan generated for Bank of Baroda or ICICI Bank. Take the printout of Duly filled form and submit the same to the university address:

Visit the admission portal of JNVU on the Official Website.
Fill the application form and upload the scanned copies of required documents.
Candidates must submit the duly filled form along with scanned copies of photographs and photocopies of marks cards within the given time period on the official website.
Pay the application fee of INR 250 by credit/debit card or through Net Banking.

Ques. What is the seat reservation capacity for MA Course at JNVU?

Ans. Reservation is done on the basis of the regulations of the State Government. It includes preference given to Rajasthan candidates, and reservation for women up to 36%. 5% of marks in aggregate will be relaxed for the reserved categories as well. Below mentioned are the other reserved categories:

Ques. How will the registration process for JNVU Admission be beneficial to me?

How do I get my JNVU transcripts?

You can get your transcripts from JNVU online. Fill in the application form for issuing the transcript on the official website of the institute. Here are the documents that you will need while applying for the transcripts.

Copy of the mark sheets of all semesters for the course you need transcripts for.
Copy of consolidated mark sheet, and degree certificate.
Adhar Card or Passport.

The application fee for each set of transcripts is INR 500. Submit your application form along with the required documents and application fee. Your transcripts should be ready in 15-20 days.
