• Download application form from the link http://www.hbni.ac.in.
• Take a print out of it.
• Fill personal details on the form.
• Write valid Email Id and Contact Number.
• Provide academic details.
• Paste Self Attested Photograph.
• Draw a D.D of INR 5000/- in favour of Account Officer, HBNI.
• Post Application form and Demand Draft along with Required Documents to:

 Administrative Officers- III, 

HBNI Training School Complex,

Anushaktinagar, Mumbai-400094

Required Documents- 

• 10th and 12th mark sheet.
• Mark Sheets & Degree Certificates of qualifying examination.
• Date of Birth proof.
• Marksheet of completed coursework as per the suggestion of standing academic committee.
• Research Proposal (You should attach it separately with Part C of the form)

All the documents should be self-attested.
