Kerala University LLM admission 2023 is ongoing. Applicants must possess a 3-5 years LLB degree with a minimum of 50% marks to be eligible for admission. The selection will be based on the candidate’s performance in the CEE Kerala LLM entrance exams or entrance exam conducted by the university. Kerala University LLM Eligibility Criteria

In order to be eligible for LLM admission at Kerala University, candidates must fulfill the following requirements:

The candidate must have cleared either a 5 year integrated LLB exam or a 3-year exam with a minimum of 50% marks scored.
The admission seeker in LLM must have passed the qualifying exam conducted by the universities of Kerala or other universities which are recognized by the University of Kerala.

Kerala University LLM Admission Criteria

For selection to the course, candidates must appear for the LLM entrance exam conducted by CEE Kerala.
The admission seeker must be a citizen of India. Only Indian Natives can apply for KLEE LLM.
Only the candidates of Kerala are awarded reservations.
No upper age limit for Kerala CEE LLM is set by CEE. Candidates from any age group can apply but must be eligible for the abovementioned norms.
If a candidate is waiting for the result of the final year qualifying exam (LLB), he/she can also apply for the CEE LLM 2021 provided that the candidate must hold the Degree/Provisional Certificate and mark lists of qualifying examinations at the time of admission.

Kerala University LLM Application Process

The candidate must have to register on the official website in the Admissions Portal.
After registration, the candidates must fill in their academic and personal details.
Candidates are then supposed to upload all the required documents on the portal.
After this, the candidates must pay INR 525 (Gen) or INR 265 (SC/ST) as registration fees.
Then the candidate must have to take the admit card which is mandatory for appearing in the entrance exam.
After the entrance, the university will select the candidate’s based on their performance.

Kerala University LLM Financial Aid

Kerala University Student’s Aid Fund Scholarships to students from difficult financial backgrounds. INR 1500 is provided to the PG students. The students can find the application form from the head of the department.
Being a public state university, the students can also avail themselves of scholarships provided by the state.
An education loan scheme is also available to the students.

Kerala University LLM Seat Reservation

Given below are the seat reservations set by CEE for the LLM course at Kerala University.

Merit: 50%
Socially and Educationally Backward Classes (SEBC): 20%
Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes: 20%

Getting a B.Tech degree certificate from Kerala University, might take around 3 months. But if it is urgent, you could submit the application form along with a request stating your urgency. Firstly you need to apply for a provisional certificate. Once you get that, you can apply for the original degree certificate along with the copies of the provisional certificate, mark sheets, and challan (original) to the concerned section or COE. After verification, you will get the degree certificate within 3-6 months. It will be delivered via registered post. This could sometimes vary as it depends on the person handling your college. As one of my friends was a student at University of Kerala, let me mention some of the facts you should keep in mind during your first year. Stick to the syllabus and thoroughly read it. Mark the ones out of the syllabus, as attempting them can fetch you some marks. Try to take part in extracurricular activities. Join NCC/NSS if you have an option. Always try to be on good terms with the faculty members, as they control the internal exam marks. Accept the fact that results are not published on time. Make sure you have a 90% attendance, as 5 marks are added to your result for it. It is better if you refrain from student politics as they could be very time-consuming and distracting. Do not rely on teachers to complete the syllabus, in the end, you have to study and complete it. It is recommended that you get your degree from any private university. Though it will cost much, you will get enough exposure to mold your career in shape.
