Eligibility Criteria
Aspirants seeking admission to 2-year Full-time M.Tech Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.
Academic Requirement:
Candidate should have a B.Tech./B.E (Hons) degree in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering / equivalent degree in electrical engineering from UGC / AICTE / MHRD recognized University or College or foreign university (as per the AIU foreign equivalence list) with at least 50% marks

Eligibility Criteria
- To be eligible for admissions, a candidate must have passed B.Tech or B.E in relevant stream with at least 50% marks in aggregate (45% for reserved category)
- He/She must have scored a minimum 40% marks in the qualifying entrance exam (35% for reserved category)
Selection Criteria
Admissions are done on the basis of merit in qualifying entrance exam i.e. CUCET 2020. An eligible student must secure at least 40% marks in the entrance exam and 35% for reserved category.
