Latest Updates: Alliance University MBA admission 2024 is open for both January and July batch. The last date to apply for admission is yet to be announced. NMAT 2023 exam is scheduled between October 10 to December 19, 2023.
Alliance University MBA Admission is based on CAT/MAT/NMAT/CMAT scores followed by Oral Extempore and Personal Interview. Applicants who have not taken any of the mentioned exams shall have to take the Alliance Management Aptitude Test (AMAT). The application fee of INR 1000 (INR 2000 for NRI & SAARC applicants) is required to pay in cash or through Demand in favor of “Alliance University” payable at Bengaluru.

Following are the reasons to avoid getting into Alliance University:
- The faculty of this university for this course is very poor and doesn't offer proper support to its students.
- The course curriculum is not that great and is very outdated when compared to other popular colleges offering the same course.
- Doing this course from this university won't help you much as many companies don't acknowledge or appreciate it.
- Companies don't treat the employees as nicely, so if you're planning to do PGDM, try doing it from any other top universities where you will get much respect and recognition which you truly deserve.
During admissions, they will surely promise great placements in top companies and will tell you a lot of good things about their college and environment, but they will be just fooling you around.
It is best to avoid all the three colleges if possible. If you have the chance then you should definitely ignore all the three colleges listed here and aim for a higher percentile in the next CAT.
Look at MBA as an investment. Not only it is expensive but also time-consuming. So if you are not getting job security or a well-paying job after spending lakhs of rupees on your degree, then the education may not be worth it. It will become just another degree in your CV.
So score well in CAT or get a good percentile in MAT (97 percentile or above) so that you can get some tier-I MBA colleges such as -

A relative of mine is an alumnus of Alliance University and he is not sure about recommending the institute as a suitable option for academics.
- If you study in this institute it can give causes for uncertainty. There are a lot of options you can look for.
- International business is offered as a major in MBA. But it fails to attract a sizable number of students to its campus. This goes for Alliance University in general as well.
- If your goal is to join a business school then this university should not be on your list. There are far better business schools in the country.
- There is no entrepreneurship specialization either in Alliance University.

My cousin got trapped in the infrastructure of the university. The surroundings are not safe as the university is practically located in a village. The security staff is very ill-mannered.
Alliance University is very good for studying BA LLB. It is an integrated five years course. Students can pursue law after completing their bachelor's degree or even after completing their senior secondary through integrated LLB courses which many colleges offer nowadays.
