Alliance University B.Tech Admission 2023

Alliance University offers B.Tech and B.Tech (Lateral Entry) courses to students who want to pursue careers in the field of engineering. Admission to B.Tech Regular is performed on the basis of a score of AUSAT while for B.Tech lateral entry merit is the only criterion.

For B.Tech, Candidates are selected on the basis of marks obtained in the Alliance University Scholastic Test (AUSAT) followed by a personal interview conducted by the Alliance College of Engineering and Design. The duration of this course is 4 years.

For Lateral Entry, students can get admission directly in the third semester (second year) of the B.Tech degree course. To select candidates for the Lateral entry courses, the college conducts a Lateral Entry entrance examination. An eligible candidate must hold a Diploma or equivalent degree in the field of engineering with an aggregate of 50% marks (40% marks for the reserved category). The duration of this course is 3 years.

Alliance University Scholastic Aptitude Test (AUSAT)

Alliance University conducts AUSAT for all UG courses. AUSAT has a duration of 90 mins with a total of 100 MCQs. There is no negative marking in AUSAT. The application fee for the same is INR 200. The exam pattern is as follows:

Campus and facilities: The University has three campuses which are the BTM campus, Central campus, and dollar scheme campus out of which the Central campus is the largest, spread across 45+ acres of picturesque area. Alliance University has B-School, Law school, and Engineering college affiliated with it. The University works on the overall development of a student thus promotes various co-curricular and extracurricular activities. There are various indoor and outdoor sports stadiums on campus. Faculties and exposure: Professors are highly qualified and most of them have PhDs from top institutes. The syllabus is updated as per industrial requirements and is framed from an application point of view. If you study in this institute it can give causes for uncertainty. There are a lot of options you can look for. International business is offered as a major in MBA. But it fails to attract a sizable number of students to its campus. This goes for Alliance University in general as well. If your goal is to join a business school then this university should not be on your list. There are far better business schools in the country. There is no entrepreneurship specialization either in Alliance University.
