Candidates can apply for admission through two different modes both online and offline modes. The candidates must fill and submit the complete online application form along with the required amount of processing fee and important documents before the last date. Candidate must log on to the official website of University and follow the subsequent steps:

• Candidates can apply online by logging on to Sai Nath University’s website and fill the online application form or can download the application form from the university website and can apply by filling the application form.
• Candidates can also obtain the application form from the office of the university on all working days.
• Application forms can also be obtained by Registered Post, with Separate Postage Charges.
• Candidates have to send the filled in application form which should be accompanied by the required fee in the name of Sai Nath University payable at Ranchi.
• Candidates are advised to take the printout of online application form.
• Candidates should mention “Ph.D./M.Phil. Admission for Academic Year 2017” on the top of the envelope in which the application form is to be sent.

1. Attested copy of the mark sheet of qualifying examination

4. Certificate of Schedule Caste/Scheduled Tribes/Other Backward Classes if applicable.
5. Character certificate (if applicable)
6. Five passports size photographs

• If any important information or documentation or intimation is produced by the candidate, then the Vice Chancellor is empowered to cancel the admission and university has rights to reject the admission of any candidate without assigning any notice.

Aspirants seeking admission to 3-year Full-time Ph.D. program must be pass in post-graduation or M.Ed from a recognized university.
