Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must have passed Post Graduation in any stream with 55% marks and for SC/ ST/ OBC (50% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) from a recognized University.

Selection Criteria

• Admission to this course is conducted jointly on a Merit & Entrance basis.
• Applicants will be judged on the following merit distribution:
  • Merit at PG Level: 50%  
  • Presentation on proposed research: 30% 
  • Personal Interview: 20%
• Candidates should have the following documents at the time of admission:
  • PG Marks/Grade Card 
  • NET/JRF/M Phil/CUCET Score Card 
  • Reservation/Caste/Category Certificate (if applicable)

Note: Those candidates who are UGC-NET or JRF OR SET qualified are not required to appear for CUCET.
