M.Sc. in Physics with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent CGPA along with the UGC CSIR-NET / SLET/ IU-HP Entrance Examination as per the UGC Guidelines

Program Structure: The PhD Program is spread across eight semesters over four years. The program is organized in four stages, viz., Course Work, Qualifying Examination, Approval of Topic of Research and Supervisor, and Thesis Submission.
