Candidates who want to pursue their career in the field of Nursing can opt for Nursing courses offered by the university. At undergraduate level, Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) and Post Basic B.Sc are offered for four years and two years respectively. The university also offers Master of Science (M.Sc) and M.Sc in Nursing with a number of specializations. The duration period for M.Sc and M.Sc Nursing is 3.5 years and 2 years respectively.
Admission in Nursing, in both UG and PG courses, is done on the basis of marks scored in pre-qualifying examination. Admission to the B.Sc. (N) and M.Sc. (N) courses shall be made on the basis of common merit list prepared separately for each category of seat, out of all the applicants on the basis of marks secured in AICET/ Qualifying examination. However, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria in order to seek admission.
