The application process of Rai University is offline. Candidates need to follow the below mentioned steps in order to apply for any of the courses offered Rai University:

Offline Mode:

• Download/obtain the application form from the University website/campus.
• Filled-up application form has to be sent/ submitted in person to the University Campus along with attested documents and application fees of Rs 500/- (cash or DD in favor of “Rai University” payable at Ahmedabad, India).

Note: Application Fees for Ph.D. program is Rs. 1500/-

Documents Required:

• Self Attested Photocopy of Degree Certificate (for Post Graduate Programs).
• Self Attested Photocopy of All year/ All Semester Mark-sheets (for Post Graduate Programs).
• Mark sheet of X and XII
• Passing certificate of X and XII
• 4 Passport Sized Colored Photographs’
• Photocopy of Govt. Id Proof.

Candidates must have a passed Post Graduation from a recognized university

At the doctoral level the university caters Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) program in numerous distinct specializations offering candidates a wide area of research. The university contains a duration period of minimum two years and maximum four years.

Candidates must secure at least 50% marks in Master’s degree level from a recognized university to meet the eligibility criteria. The admission procedure in Ph.D program differs for different candidates:

• Candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria and have qualified the entrance exam conducted by the university will be selected after submission of their research proposal before the Board of Research Studies.
• Candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria and also have five years of Work/Professional experience as validated by the respective Disciplines may be exempted from appearing in Entrance Examination. Such candidates will be invited to appear in an interview with the Board of Research Studies.
• Candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria and do not have five years work experience will appear in the Entrance Examination. Those who qualify the Entrance Examination will appear in the interview conducted by the Board of Research Studies.
