B.Ed at Lalit Narayan Mithila University (LNMU) is a full-time program offered for a duration of 2 years. The basic eligibility criteria for admission is to have a bachelor’s degree from a recognised university or Institute. Admissions will be based on scores obtained in the Bihar B.Ed CET examination followed by counselling.

• The B.Ed course is divided into 4 semesters (two each year).
• Students can also avail B. Ed course in Distance Education.
• Applicants for the B.Ed program are selected based on CET score.
• The total B.Ed intake is 100 out of which 50 is for SC/ST and OBC.
• The total course fees for the B.Ed program is INR 1,500.

LNMU B.Ed Eligibility Criteria

Candidates willing to apply for the B. Ed course must fulfill the eligibility criteria, that is

• The candidates must have completed Under graduation or Post Graduation in Science/ Social Science/ Humanities/ BE./ B. Tech from a recognized university with an aggregate of 55% marks.
• Candidates must have a valid score on the Common Entrance Test.

LNMU B.Ed: How to Apply?

The application process for the B. ed course at LNMU is both Offline and Online. 

Students can either download the application form from the university website or can purchase the university prospectus along with the application form from the university office.

For Online:

• Visit the official website of the University and click on the registration tab
• Register using a valid Phone number, email ID, and other personal details
• Then log in and fill in the application form with the required personal and academic details
• The scanned photograph and signature of the applicant must be uploaded in the prescribed format.
• Then, click on View Form and download the filled-in form.
