• The students who are willing to take admission in the Ph.D. course in the university must have completed their master’s degree.
• The students who have completed this Course work of MPhil with at least 55% marks as an aggregate or with grade B in the UGC 7 point scale are eligible to do the research work on a Ph.D. degree in this university.
• 5% of relaxation in marks is allowed to SC ST OBC differently-abled category students

The student gets admission based on the entrance test and viva voce. The selection is based on 70% marks of the entrance test and 30% of the marks of the viva voce.

KKHSOU PhD Course Details

• The credit in Ph.D. course work is a minimum of 8 credits and a maximum of 16 credits.
• All the students who get admission in the Ph.D. course are required to complete regular Course work within the first semester.
• The students who have completed The Course work in MPhil and got admission in Ph.D. program maybe e exempted to do the course work in Ph.D.
• The research advisory committee and the department finalize the grades in the course work including research methodology after combined assessment. The grades have to be submitted to the Controller of Examination within 30 days of completion of the examination.
