In my case there will be placement drive after the completion of the course in November. University does it's best to provide placement. There's a placement cell and Student coordinators from my class is providing with the information about aptitude tests and other things.
Internship programmes are there for science and engineering stream with placements but for arts it's difficult. Recently, I'm going through a programme which is providing me with all the skills that is necessary for the industry.

Read Full Review3rd sem onwards placement starts. Very little company shows up. And even less offer something. To date, one came (PWC)for intership/training and gave to 7 B.Tech CSE students among hundreds. And the packages offered are too low for survival outside the hometown.
