Yogi Vemana University, Kadapa has almost 27 academic departments that conduct UG, PG and P.hD level degree courses under different disciplines including engineering, arts, commerce, science and more.

Under UG domain, the students with 10+2 eligibility can choose from almost 6 specializations in B. Tech, BFA, B.P.Ed. and 2 Integrated M.Sc. programs. At postgraduate level, University offers MBA, MCA, 13 specializations in M.Sc., M.P.Ed., M.Ed., M. Com, MJC, 5 specializations in MA and PG Diploma in Theatre Arts.

The college also offers over 28 specializations for Ph. D course undertaken by those with a master’s degree. Admissions are done on the basis of marks obtained in YVU conducted Common Entrance Test for the academic year.

Like any other engineering college, for B. Tech admissions at YVU University, a score of JEE Mains or any other entrance test score is considered,

For B. Tech admissions, candidates must fulfil eligibility norms and appear for the National level entrance test like JEE Mains for admissions followed by counselling process
Aspirants are required to appear for YVUCET Entrance Exam for admission to PG courses like M.Sc., M. Com., M.A., M. P. Ed., M. Ed., M.Sc.
Integrated (Biotechnology and Bioinformatics and Earth Sciences).
For admissions to Ph.D. courses, an eligible student need to secure minimum passing marks in the APRCET.
Oral test will be conducted for P.G. Diploma in Theatre Arts and Bachelor of Fine Arts courses offered in Yogi Vemana University College, Kadapa
CAT/MAT/ CMAT or any other national or State Level Entrance Exam score is mandatory for admission to MBA program.
Selection to different courses will be made based on merit in qualifying entrance exam
Applications will be accepted only in online mode. Fees for online application is INR 600 for on time submission and INR 1100 for late submission
