You need to visit the FLAME University admission portal for UG courses.

Fill in all the details such as your entrance level tests scores, personal contact details, educational qualifications, achievements/ extracurricular activities and statement of purpose, etc.

If you do not wish to appear for FEAT, you need to provide your SAT scores.
You also need to provide your centre preference for FEAT (if applicable) and Group Discussion (GD) / Personal Interview (PI). FEAT and GD/PI are held on the same day.

Additionally, you need to upload your recent passport size photograph (.JPG or .PNG format, file size less than 5 MB) and scanned copies (self-attested) of the below-mentioned documents in support of your application. If you do not have scanned copies of the required documents ready at the time of submitting your application, you should upload these documents on the application portal or e-mail these documents to admission@flame.edu.in soon after.

The required documents to be submitted at the time of application are:

• Copy of 10th standard (or equivalent) mark sheet
• Copy of 10th standard (or equivalent) mark sheet certificate
• Copy of 12th standard (or equivalent) mark sheet, in case you have already qualified the same
• Copy of 12th standard (or equivalent) certificate, in case you have already qualified the same
• SAT score card (if applicable)
• Copies of other certificates, transcripts, and testimonials (optional, but these documents may have relevance in assessing your candidature)

Please complete all mandatory details carefully and accurately.

You need not complete the application form in one sitting. You can save and return to the application form as many times as required, but before making the payment of application fee.

You can pay the application fee through either of the following modes:

• Debit Card or Credit Card (All major cards, except American Express).
• Demand Draft (DD): Please make a DD in favour of "FLAME University", payable at Pune. In the application form, you can mention the DD details (such as the DD number, Bank, and Date). After submission of the application, please send the DD (with your name, program, and application number mentioned on the backside of DD) to FLAME University’s mailing address.

You may directly pay the application fee by cash to any of the FLAME University’s admission counsellors by purchasing a scratch card voucher. Please fill the number mentioned on the scratch card in the application form to proceed for submission.

Once you have made the payment, you can submit the application form. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your application number. You will be able to download a pdf copy of your submitted application form from the application portal.

The minimum eligibility to apply to FLAME University’s undergraduate program is the following:

• In the case of Higher Secondary School Certificate (or an equivalent qualification) or State Boards, CBSE and CISCE (Council for Indian School Certificate Examinations), the applicant should have passed 12th standard final examination.
• In the case of International Baccalaureate students, a diploma is the minimum requirement. International Baccalaureate certificate / career program (CP) students are not eligible for admission.
• ‘A’ Level certificate is the minimum requirement in the case of Cambridge students (GCE/IGCSE/GCSE examinations of the approved British Examination Bodies), with:
  • 5 (Five) subjects in A, B, C Grades including English at Ordinary (‘O’) Level and
  • 3 (Three) subjects at Advanced ('A') Level.
• In case of High school diploma awarded by an accredited American School/International School in other countries following American System of Education accredited either by the State Departments of Education OR by one of the following Six Regional Accrediting Agencies in USA:
  • Middle States Association of Schools and Colleges
  • New England Association of Schools and Colleges
  • North Central Association of Schools and Colleges
  • Northwest Association of Schools and Colleges
  • Southern Association of Schools and Colleges
  • Western Association of Schools and Colleges
• Applicants who have obtained 10+2 equivalent qualification from a foreign university / board / institution, other than above shall have to submit an equivalence certificate from the Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi along with a transcript of marks.
• In order to be eligible to pursue 3-year and 4-year programs with major in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science and Design, and Data Science and Economics, the candidate has to pass Mathematics as one of the subjects at 12th or equivalent level (Subject to additional requirements mentioned in the academic handbook).
• In order to be eligible to pursue 3-year and 4-year programs with a major in Economics, it is desirable that the candidate has passed Mathematics as one of the subjects at 12th or equivalent level. However, the candidates who haven't done Mathematics in their 12th Standard can also pursue Economics as a Major provided they pass the following two courses in the first year of the undergraduate program: 1) Precalculus[2 credits]; and 2) Introductory Calculus [2 credits]. 
  (Subject to additional requirements mentioned in the academic handbook). 
• Candidates currently enrolled/studying in their 12th standard or equivalent class can also apply, provided they can produce their 12th passing certificate / mark sheet before 30th September 2024. Admission of such a candidate shall be strictly provisional till s/he submits a valid proof of passing the 12th or equivalent level examination before the prescribed last date, failing which the admission shall automatically stand withdrawn without any further notice.
• The applicant should be less than 21 years of age as on July 31, 2024.
• FEAT is optional for those who have SAT/ACT* scores. We do not specify a cut off score for SAT/ACT which would guarantee  admission in FLAME, as the SAT/ACT score is only one of the parameters we consider for selection. Needless to say, a high SAT/ACT score improves one’s chances of selection.
  ( *SAT/ACT scores are valid for 5 years. Please ensure that your scores are valid till the date of enrollment specified in the schedule.)
