It completely depends on what kind of events you like to conduct in the future. When it comes to the NIEM Pune, the focus is more on corporate events and this, in turn, would give you more corporate and/or wedding planning experiences in practicality.
Whereas, as far as NIEM Mumbai is concerned, it focuses much more on the show business and exhibition aspects of event management. In the end, it entirely depends on what sort of events interest you more.

NIEM Mumbai is a great institute for Event Management. The faculties at the institute are great and they offer good practical training. One of my friends attended the institute and vouched for their PG Event Management course.
With theoretical learning, make sure to participate in freelancing activities that will come your way. These activities can be very beneficial. The more you participate in the events the more contacts you have the chance of getting in touch with. Practical knowledge is more efficient it will go a long way in the improvement of your skills.

It is suggested that you fact-check whether these institutes offer BBA courses in Events or offer a diploma in events because as per online reports, both of these institutions do not offer BBA courses as it is a degree course and an Institute cannot offer degrees to its students.

Both NIEM and NAEMD are adequate educational institutions. When practical experience is taken into account, NIEM outperforms it. NIEM Mumbai is superior, but you should also consider NIEM Kolkata.
