Placements levels in our college are average. The Average package in College is around 8lakhs. the highest package goes upto 36lakhs. placements are mostly offered to the students studying in either BCOM or in Economics. Around 60 percent of the students from this courses get the placement . many companies like Gshaw, DELL , McKenzie, DELLOITE,etc visits the campus for recruitment. aroun 50 companies comes every year.

The highest packages were competitive, especially in the tech and finance sectors, and the average packages were decent for entry-level positions. The majority of eligible students secured placements, reflecting the effectiveness of the placement cell and the relevance of the curriculum to industry needs. For those not placed through campus drives, the institute provided adequate support for off-campus job searches and further studies. Overall, the placement scenario at TIPS was satisfactory, offering a solid start for students' careers.
