Good college with the Good placement quality

- Greenery of our college is attractive but there must be a garden where we can walk safely without fear of ragging.
- Faculties of civil department are very good ....they are very interactive and supportive.
- The civil engineering department is very neat and clean and also too large in comparison to other departments.
Dislikes
- Hostel buildings of our college are very weak and dirty too. The room of old hostels are not sufficient large for 3 residents but although we are living.
- The faculties of civil engineering are very strict, if they become late then nothing but if we become late they don't give us attendance.
Remarks :
I was rejected from HBTU and there was some delay in counselling of aktu so I applied for this one . There are 4 or 5 rounds of counselling then a internal sliding round and then ths spot round . The cuet candidates can apply here for BBA, B pharmacy nad lateral entry in btech coarse and the jee mains candidates can directly apply for tech.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I want to become a PWD engineer so I have chosen the btech in civil engineering coarse. I want to persu mtech degree also through gate examination . There is not any arrangement of mineral water in civil department for student, I think here is the need of improvement.
Internships Opportunities :
There is a society named NSS in our college which gives an opportunity to do social internship. Social internship is an internship which gives marks of audit coarse. This institute placement policy aims to ensure that placements and internships of registered students of MMMUT, Gorakhpur are guided by fair and consistent principles. The policy set out role and responsibility of the students participating in the placement and internship process to achieve placement of maximum number of registered students. T&P shall try to ensure high quality placements in terms of amount of packages and goodwill/brand of the recruiters visiting the institut
Placement Experience :
From 8th semester students become eligible for campus placements . On campus Highest package of our college is 55LPA and average package is 7 LPA . In civil engineering approximately 50-60% students get placed last year. I have planned for preparing upsc and other government exams after getting the degree.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Our college fee for btech in civil engineering is 83200? for 2nd Year students , it doesn't seems a government college fee and scholarship provided for general category is 63500? and its not certain that the general category get.
Campus Life :
There are many cultural events held for 1st year student like techsrijan, abhyudaya, drishya, etc. My campus life is very dull there is nothing to visit. There is no garden in whole campus of mmmut where we can swing or play without going in sports club .
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel rooms are very dirty The bathroom here is also very small and dirty, water does not come regularly in the bathroom. The cupboard in our hostel is broken and there are 2 cupboards in one room but 3 people live there.
Faculty :
Some faculties are very interactive but some are very strict, they don't want that any of the student oppose them and they also creates attendance issues without any reason. There are three exams in btech coarse- first is minor test 1, Second is minor test 2 and the last is major exam of 50 marks . Maths question paper become lengthy and tough too but other subjects are not too hard.

in final year of BTech the students are eligible to campus placement. there are many companies visited such as Microsoft, Wipro, l and t, HCl , petrolium, there are many companies like this. highest package last year is 53 lakh.

Placement Experience :
Companies start coming from the end of 3rd semester and students apply for them but one has to conplete his/her degree before joining the conpany. The average package of CSE is 11Lakh/annum and overall is 7Lakh. In recession the placements drop down a lot to only around 250 oncampus placements but otherwise the percentage is roughly 80 percent. The highest pacjage evergone is 52 Lakh per annum from CSE in Google which was offcampus. The Companies that visit include amazon, tcs, infosys.

As of May 30, 2024, the KIET Ghaziabad campus had a placement rate of 65–70% for the 2023–2024 batch, with an average salary package of 5.5–6 LPA and a highest package of 60 LPA(off campus). Some of the top recruiters at KIET include: Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, HCL, JP Morgan, Mahindra, and TCS.
