- Greenary inside the campus.our college is surrounded with good amount of green grass and plants,and is well maintained.
- Teaching staff: especially in the ece department the teachers are well qualified and teach well .
Dislikes
- Auditorium: being an engineering college our college auditorium it is too small and it only houses around 500-600 students
- Gym: our college houses a gym,which doesn't have a trainer and it is placed in corner of the physical education department office
Remarks :
To be honest I actually did not select this college, in Karnataka we write an entrance test kcet. Based on the ranking we are alloted the college using a software and this process is known as councelling.The councelling process is taken place in 3 rounds and I got my college GAT in the 3rd round
Course Curriculum Overview :
Our college global academy of technology is an autonomous college that is affiliated to VTU. Our college as mentioned is autonomous that is the curriculum and portions is similar to what vtu students study but yet it is different i.e, they omit or add the required topics and relevant or irrelevant topics.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
As mentioned earlier I study in Global academy of technology.I got into this college from kcet councelling. Hence I pay fixed government fees for the general category that is 103000/- on yearly basis.
Campus Life :
Our college GAT is situated in RR nagar which is the southern part of Bengaluru. Hence the students who apply to this college in the councelling process are who resides in and around 7-10km the campus. As of my experience, I have met students from all the other branches and we have enjoyed our college life during the college fest and other events. As mentioned earlier our college houses a auditorium with capacity only 600-700 seats, hence I would say that our college campus is pretty big but the space isn't used effectively .
Faculty :
The faculty in our college is pretty good. Me being in 3rd sem of the degree I know that the the faculty in the ece department are one of the best in the college. As we all know the first two sem's of the BE degree is the students students study the concepts of CSE ,ELE,etc... and all other branches, so the faculty who dealt with us were great and were supportive.

my course is fun but as i said the faculties font make it interesting, i spent my 1st sem learning coding on my own since they rarely care. all of us had to learn through some classmates who knew a bit of coding.

We still haven't yet entered into our course but the course is really advanced and new technologies have been added in the facilities that can be easily used and needs less user interface during testing or conducting

In the final semester many students are eligible for campus selection but even third year students are also eligible for the placements and they even try hard to bang their places. We have hundred percent students placed

Placements are very good and are improving more and more....I recently got to know from my python professor that in our cse dept there are like companies like capegmini and phonepe training students for placement and they may select 60 for job...so yeah placements are good there are multiple companies always visiting our campus for placement drives... recently even oracle visited the campus and also conducted an interactive session for 1st and 4th year students how to approach a job

placements are often more in our college as compared to colleges in belagaum region and in our branch ,since it is started in 2017 so placements are less compared to our branch now,as upto2027 completing the graduation

Placement Experience :
The students are eligible for 6th sem only but they have to be clear in all subjects (without backlog). Yearly around 850 students got placed out of 100. Placement percentage: 92.6%. There is also option for M.E in this college only

I chose this course because now AI is being integrated into every field. So we can use AI and make our work easier. Our department also gives opportunities for extracurricular activities and sports. For that also we will get activity points. In our branch, by the third semester, only placement opportunities will come, and also in the first semester only we can do an internship. For that also our faculties will provide us with information.
