I came to this college through KCET. I have scored 52k ranking. Cut off of this college for civil engineering is 53k So i got the seat in this college in first round itself then, i came and admitted in this college in 2023
Course Curriculum Overview :
I prefer to joining Engineering that to I need only in and around mysore. So during option entry i firstly preferred this college due to it has more number of placements
Internships Opportunities :
Companies like Google , Infosys, meta, software companies and many more are coming they will hier both circuited and non circuited branch students. Many branches are participated in internship and placement process.
Placement Experience :
Placements are very good in our college. Highest package is about 52 lakh per annum for circuit branches. Moreover its a campus selection or campus placements More number of companies will hier more number of students.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Yearly fees-51710 Tuition fees-17655 I have Applied for ssp scholarship and got it Scholarship amount -20000 Fees for entire course is increasing as the year is passing For 1st year i have paid totally 69365 including college and tuition fees
Campus Life :
Still i am 1st year so I can't able to explain much. But many clubs are there we can join the club which we want. Infrastructure is also good in our college Velocity and gravity are the 2 dancing clubs and etc
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel facility is also good in campus We have 2 places of hostel one is in college campus and another one is in hootgalli, bus will be provided for hootgalli students 1st and 2nd years are living in hootgalli hostel 3rd and 4th years are living in campus hostel
Faculty :
Faculties and professors are qualified a lot they have completed their masters and some of them are qualified their phd too They help us lot in our studies and they are teaching very well in theory classes and also in laboratory classes

my course is fun but as i said the faculties font make it interesting, i spent my 1st sem learning coding on my own since they rarely care. all of us had to learn through some classmates who knew a bit of coding.

In our college there are number rod companies which will arrive and select number of students for their company who are capable of the skills and abilities which are required for the particular position in their companies.On the overall basis I would say that my college is one ofthe best college in mysore for the purpose of placements and so on

Placement Experience :
The Training and Placement department (TAP) is an integral part of VVCE connecting students of BE, MTech and MBA and also the various departments. The department has the best infrastructure for the smooth conduction of training and placement activities. The department works in close co-ordination with the Industry Relations Executives and the Department Placement Coordinators (DPC) which comprises of both students and faculty members nominated from individual departments. The department has been instrumental in providing necessary skill set to all UG and PG students to develop their employability skills, leadership qualities and personality development.

In our department also our HOD will always conduct many programs and webinars about placements, training, etc. to improve our communication skills either offline or online. I chose this course because now AI is being integrated into every field. So we can use AI and make our work easier. Our department also gives opportunities for extracurricular activities and sports. For that also we will get activity points. In our branch, by the third semester, only placement opportunities will come, and also in the first semester only we can do an internship. For that also our faculties will provide us with information.
