I would have preferred other colleges,. but this college has better nirf ranking and campus placements.Also Our college has been accredited by NAAC.For admission in this colllege, ypu have to give SAAT Exam and based on the results u get in this exam you may get some scholarships.Then you r eligible.You must have secured atleast 60% marks in your 10th and 12th.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Since in this growing industry the coding and the tech plays an important and vital role in our carrier and also it brings good amount of salary.Also Computer science teaches you the real world skills and the areas you need to improve
Internships Opportunities :
Internship Opportunities are there Like AICTE Companies like Wipro Microsoft Amazon Infosys they will give you placement training after collaboration with the college and will also give you some stipend based on your performance and the merit certificates and awards.
Placement Experience :
From 3rd year itself i.e from 5th semester college takes pre placement training and programs for placements on campus.There are several companies who visit the colllege like The top tech Maang Companies like microsoft, Infosys, hashedin, TCS, etc. Approx 80% get placed in the colleges on campus.although it may depend on the lot of factors.After getting my BTECH degree I have planned to land a job of 25 -30 lpa in good software companies.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Academic fees of branch(CSE/CSIT) :- 1,37,500 per semester Counselling fees:- Rs. 1000 one time and refundable Admission feees : -Rs. 4000 one time and refundable Hostel fees: Boarding charges(I live in NON AC ROOMS) :- Rs. 55000 per annum Mess Charges :- 40000 per annum Transportation fees for bhubaneshwar :- 18000 per annum and for cuttack it is 30000 per annum Instituition caution money:- Rs. 5000 one time and refundable though Scholarships:- Those who have taken admission in college through nationally recognised entrance exam and overall secured 80% marks in both 10th and 12th will be eligible for a monetary scholarship of Rs. 35000 per annum.They must continue to maintain atleast 8.0 CGPA over the whole semester curriculum.
Campus Life :
Everything is good .. various festivals are held like we had once prakriti kalra event which was held in June month .We can access the books easily in the library as everything is sorted there for subjects wise different boxes .
Hostel Facilities :
All varieties are there .There are AC and Non AC rooms both. In room ,you will given a bed and study table with fan attached...it may be 3 bed or 4 bed depending upon your hostel allocation.Meal quality is best here..You have 4 times meal morning afternoon evening and night.for registration process you have to just come at the hostel warden and sign one paper and they will demand you some documents like adhar photo n signature and you r done ..room will be randomly allotted and you will be given key.. roommates might be of your batch or your seniors.Although you can change ur room in another upcoming year if you want..any problems with the hostel and mess you can discuss with the chief warden and they will help you at best. I have been given a hostel allocated at Bhubaneswar jagmohan nagar Arya village bh-
Faculty :
The faculties are quite approachable and supportive,they also are the best in their own expert fields. WE have separate faculties for separate individual courses. LIKE For Calculus I remembered Anuradha Sahoo Mam in my first year she taught so nicely to us, FOR DATa Structures we had prakash chandra sahoo sir who helped us a lot in understanding and tackling the subject and deep dive into the concepts.Specially in our college the teachers r so good that no one deserve to be unliked,Everyone gives their best in semesters. We have two types of exams in one semester /:- MID SEMS AND ENDSEMS . Both exams can be approached quite nicely if we just look the lesson plan and study accordingly.I will say the exams r quite doable if one studies.But yes some students get failed and they have to give summer quarter exam which the institute charges fees for this depending on the subject in which they failed ..The course curriculum is quite relevant and according to the needs of the industry level.

Placement are good highest package is of 45LPA and even avrage package is about 8 to 10LPA... Even if student score at least 6.5CGPA some company can still recruit them and 7 or greater than 7.5 is more than enough to sit in many company

The campus placement is actually not very good. The students at the fourth year are eligible for campus placements. There are wipro, flipkart, tcs..... Etc. Highest package 33lpa, lowest package 3.5lpa average package 6-7lpa.

Last year we had a placement of 75 percent overall and 100 percent placement was there for my branch overall a wide range of companies come to interview students and selects the most skilled amog them the highest package gone was something around 54lpa and avg is of 5lpa.

Popular companies visited was Microsoft, Deloitte, tcs , Accenture, etc. Highest package till now was 40 lpa ig ????and avg package is 8lpa(as per in paper , reality... well you know????) Around 60 percent of students are getting placed in their final yr. My plans after getting a degree is... Yes you guessed correct, being a slave????
