We had applied online for admission after getting selected through samarth, we had to go to the college for document verification and that was it one thing that I didn't like was the reservation policy because when an average student was scoring 70 percent that student didn't admission but the student who scored 50+ that student easily got the seat and the cut-off for that subject was 80 just because the student who scored 50+ comes from reserve category he/she easily got that seat without any hustle.
This course goes from basic to advanced like when we started this course we were learning all the basic things that we already knew but after our first semester, we advanced and the course got a little hard and it's actually great because it gives you better learning.
In your fourth semester, there is a compulsory internship course where we students have to do an internship for grades and also depends on the students where they want to do their internship, and teachers also suggest someplace where we could learn and experience new things.
When you first get admission you have to pay 4360 and the fee differs for each course, If you have practicals then your fee can increase after that you only have to pay for exam registration college also provides scholarships for those students who score above 80 and there are other scholarships for students who come from a humble background. The college also provides free admission in the semester to those who have 75% attendance
The campus life is really nice every year the college holds a college week where there are many kinds of activities that students can participate in and the college also organizes other kinds of events every other month which also showcase students' potential and give them a lot of experience. The college library has many books and is accessible to every student there are books in Hindi, Assamese, Sanskriti, and Bengali but it can add another writer. Every department has a projector for digital learning and it is used often for teaching. There is also an NSS group that students can join for volunteering work and it also holds a special camp every year in July and the participants get a verified certificate.
In our department, we have three faculty members and it differs from department to department most of our faculty members hold Phd degrees and have lots of teaching experience. Faculty members are really friendly we can approach them without hesitation and they are always ready to help us every student has a mentor from their department and that specific mentor helps those students improve their grades and show case there potential. After a week our teacher tells us about what we can improve about ourselves and how can we do that which is really helpful.
The course curriculum of our universities is quite comprehensive and prepares a student for real Real world challenges. During an academic year the authority conducts two examination one mid term and one final in undergraduation course
1) 10/10 for economics, it's very practical and I can relate it with real life cases 2) it's tells us the economic theories and models related to real world and helps us grasp the concept through which we can shape our understanding of the real economy and real life cases 3) I feel like proper notes should be given by the professors in a definite manner and detailed syllabus with each specific topic must be given 4) our end sem exams are conducted on December and June. The difficulty depends upon our preparation. The difficulty is moderate
Placements are quite good at Royal Global University job fairs will be held often and good placements records from the past exeperiences. The academic profs and deans are quite helpful about this matter.
The curriculum is quite neutral. Some syllabus are beneficial for future but most of the subjects are becoming burden for the students like the PAC MDC AC the new education policy has brought a lot of tension among the children
