Likes
- The atmosphere of university was pretty good, nature surrounded campus keeps you calm and enhances concentration.
- The behaviour of seniors was very supportive as well as helpful.
- Faculty members are also very supportive.
Dislikes
- Students are exposed to substance abuse which makes it an uncomfortable thing for other students.
- Cost of living is quite expensive, so a student from normal middle class background finds it difficult.
Remarks :
Admission process is very simple. There are three ways to take admission to the college. First is the direct admission on the basis of your CBSE score. The second one is through JEE mains score and the third one is through UPES-CET conducted every year.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Curriculum is well designed and alligned with today's industrial requirement which helps students to prepare themselves for tomorrow's working lifestyle. Lab hours are distributed very strategically which helps students to apply the theory learnt in classroom to the practicals.
Internships Opportunities :
At the end of first year their is a mandatory to do social internship which is provided by the placement cell, in which you have to do a 45 days internship with an university approved NGO and submit the report of the internship to the placement cell. In second year also placement cell assists you for the summer internship which is to be industry alligned.
Placement Experience :
Campus placements are being provided and there is a dedicated placement cell in the university which provides you lifetime placement assisstance. Internship oppurtunities are also provided by the placement cell.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Fee for many courses is quite expensive but scholarships helps students to lighten this burden. There are differeny scholarships provided on the basis of your CBSE or JEE mains score. There is a scholarship provided in sports qouta. But it can only be continued if you score more than 7.5 CGPA in the first year of your course.
Campus Life :
Campus life is very interesting both socially and academically. There are clubs for each and every area of student interest whether it is literature, quizzing, MUN, sporys, music, dance, theatre, cultural activities, computer science societies, etc. There is a lot to do at campus along with your studies.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel facilities are also good although sometimes the food is not that good but the life at hostel is exciting and fun. You make friendships that lasts to your life. Facilities provided are 24/7 wifi, laundary, RO water supply, medical assisstance, well furnished rooms, secured campus, etc.
Faculty :
Faculty members are very supportive and helpful, well trained. Most of the faculty members are from IIT's and IIM's which shows that the hiring process of university is standardised. There are professor's having actual industrial experience which they pass on to the students which enhances students knowledge and helps students to see a broader image of industrial life.

Maintain a good profile over LinkedIn and other professional networks (including naukri, freshersworld etc) 2. Create a good CV and send it to your friends and family and ask for reference. 3. Try to connect to seniors for referrals 4. Keep yourself updated with latest knowledge in your domain because whenever you would get a call for interview there would not be enough time to prepare. 5. If nothing works then stop looking for job and start looking for interns, there are thousands of startups in our country who always need good manpower to function but are short of money. If you could work with them then you will have work experience and good networks as well that could help you get a better job. 6. Shift to Pune, New Delhi or Bangalore for more opportunities

Course Curriculum Overview :
I like this course because this having much ecompetetion in this field and i likely to choose competetions much better and i also know too handle them. -I think they had to worlk on their sylllabus curriculum anmd university propspectus . -Exams are coming at a moderate level form the syllabus and itrs very rare to come other things out of syllabus.

after 5th to 6th semester students became eligible for campus placement. many companies visit the college like Calvin Klein, daffodils, boon, capitalvia, yhills, byjus, jio,etc. in 2024 12lpa was highest package offered by company boon. average package was 4.5 to 5lpa, more than 90% students get placed in companies, i want to pursue higher post graduate after completion of my course

Course Curriculum Overview :
Well i had it planned earlier only to pursue computer science . The curriculum is prepared to train us real world application mostly in every lecture they teach us something about it . We have mid sems and end sems every semester and difficulty is very mediocre if you study well.

From 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements. Many companies like wipro, tcs visits every year Average placement here is 6 lacs. About 80% of students gets placed every year but placement record needs to be grow

Placement Experience :
The average package of the college is 4 to 5 lakhs per annum. There are many students who get placed and some of them crack GATE examination for higher studies. This year many students got placed and some went abroad for higher education

Course Curriculum Overview :
Curriculum and teaching method should be revised as they are very old and sometimes not even match the basic industrial requirement. More industrial oriented subject should be introduced in the curriculum and labs should get more weightage.
