Likes
- I like Gurucharan College's way of wearing uniform, dressing sense is the first step to identify a good student, which is very well taught in Gurucharan College.
- I also like the teaching method of Gurucharan College teachers.
- Under the jackfruit tree in Gurucharan college grounds is one of my favorite places because many times students from different departments sit here and discuss in detail about various important issues of the college.
Dislikes
- I don't like the design of the building of this college because the classroom numbers are not serial which makes it difficult to find one's class.
- I don't like the walls of this college because there are many pen writings on these walls
- This college is staffed with older people, which I don't like
Remarks :
For admission here first online application is done, then merit list is issued, see hs marks and if HS student then merit list is decided on HSLC marks. Here the cutt off starts from around 50%. Document verification is done after the merit list is issued and a specific time is given by the college for this. ID proof is a requirement for document verification, previous school, college admit card, mark sheet, certificate all these are verified.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
A college student needs to have an income structure because there are many students who have to earn their own tuition. College examination fee, center fee, university fee all these things require money, And in order to get this money, income is needed, especially for girls, some way of income is needed so that she can maintain college along with the income. Scholarships alone do not solve money problems.
Campus Life :
Every year Saraswati Puja is celebrated in our college campus, For Frasers (Naveen Baran Utsav) is held to welcome new students. And farewells are held for older students after they complete their courses. Rabindra Jayanti is celebrated every year in our college, with various music and dance performances .
Faculty :
This college is one of the oldest and best college here, still admits around 1000 students every year. And almost everyone gets good results, which shows that the education system here is good. The teachers of this college treat their students almost like friends, but with an eye towards respect.

Course Curriculum Overview :
1) 10/10 for economics, it's very practical and I can relate it with real life cases 2) it's tells us the economic theories and models related to real world and helps us grasp the concept through which we can shape our understanding of the real economy and real life cases 3) I feel like proper notes should be given by the professors in a definite manner and detailed syllabus with each specific topic must be given 4) our end sem exams are conducted on December and June. The difficulty depends upon our preparation. The difficulty is moderate
