Which would be better, CS at NIT Silchar, IT at NIT Raipur, or ECE at BIT Mesra/NIT Jalandhar?

Each year around 100% of students get placed from the IT department. Reputed IT companies such as Samsung, MuSigma, Oracle Cloud, Cognizant, etc. visit the campus placements. According to the highlights of NIT Raipur placements, IT department has an average CTC of around INR 6.78 LPA.
My cousin got the same choice when she had to choose and she chose IT at NIT Raipur. They are all great institutions offering great courses.
